Each accomodation has a living space with kitchenette and induction cooktop, freezer-refrigerator, combination microwave, espresso machine, dishes, crockeries and several accessories. An extendable table (when opened it measures 90cm x 90cm), and a Smart TV 43” complete the living area. The night space includes a closet, double bed/2 single beds and, in two of the three apartments, possibility of a third single bed. The closets hide a laptop safe. In the bathrooms, all internal, a large shower and courtesy sets, hair dryer and towels.
The rooms, filled with the scent of essential oils from wild herbs and flowers of Sardinia, have free WI-FI, USB ports, air conditioning, heating units, and kitchen and bathroom courtesy sets.
The air conditioning, electricity and heating system are automatically switched on and off by the magnetic door key, and air conditioning and heating system turn off automatically when windows and doors are open. The refrigerator and water heater always remain on. This is a simple solution to save energy and follow environmental policy recommendations.
Daily cleaning service takes place between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm but does not include the cookpot surface and cooking tools.
Check-in begins after 3:00 pm and continues until 8:00 pm; in case you don’t need our assistance, it can be done in complete autonomy thanks to the three key safe boxes placed at the entrance. You will receive the opening code for your apartment key safe box as soon as we receive the required documents and the reservation has been completed. Early check-ins and/or late check-outs must be agreed upon in advance and depend on availability. Check-out: We kindly ask you to vacate the flats by 10 a.m.
